Moser Family Reunion Swim, BBQ and Dive In Movie starts at 2:30 pm and lasts til the movie is over! Yes, it will be hot, but it's a DRY heat - unless you are in the pool. So be sure to wear your swim suit and bring a towel. For those less adventuresome, you can sit under the misters and play games, pool, or just catch up on family gossip. Dinner will be late afternoon - (between 4:30 and 5:30)so eat some lunch before coming. The dive in movie will start at dusk and can be watched from the pool, the hot tub, or even the deck, lawn, or patio if you prefer not to get wet. By sunset, the temperature drops to a refreshing 90 degrees - which is really quite tolerable. Remember its a dry heat!

Rachel and I made this cake for our friend Bekah's birthday yesterday. She has a thing for turtles and we decided to be creative. Isn't it great?! It's also a peanut butter cake... for as much as I don't like cake, it was yummy! Everyone loved it.

This last weekend, our Relief Society had the opportunity to go down to Solomon's Island, MD and go sailing at the Oakton Stake Patriarch's house. It was a beautiful house and an even more beautiful backyard! We had about 35 girls 'sleeping' in the basement of the house and although everyone went to bed much earlier then I would have imagined, I didn't get any sleep at all (not that it should surprise anyone). We woke up the next morning and just relaxed by the Patuxent River. About 20 more girls joined us for the day. There were mini-sailing trips of about 10 girls. We went out and I even learned how to steer the boat! It was amazing and lots of fun. The rest of the day was spent sun bathing, swimming, and just hanging out with all of the girls. I wish every day could be like that. No worries; just sailing, sun, swimming, and friends. And don't worry - I slept while sun bathing, on the way home in the car, and got about 9 hours of sleep last night!
