Mike was talking about getting on the treadmill today and needing to get back in shape before we head out to the beach in two weeks. Parker says, "Dad, before you get on the treadmill to exercise, I need to get on and do my exercise. I need a new shape too. "

That is hilarious!! I used to use health and dieting comic strips with clients; that would have created a perfect one. I'll have to remember that when I start counseling again.
