It actually cleans itself. Its pretty amazing! ;-)
We could probably get the same place for next year but it is expensive and much larger than we would probably need (9 bedrooms, 8 full, 3 half baths). There are TONS of houses this nice out there that aren't as big and a little bit cheaper.

Of course I would love to head over to the East coast. Let's look into it and see what cost would be as well as dates.
